You will be hard pressed to find another historic town with so many Princess Anne Style Victorian Homes. Take a stroll down the tree canopied streets of this charming small town and enjoy the numerous Victorian homes that would rival a Norman Rockwell or Thomas Kincaid painting.

From 9:00am to 10:00pm every hour, on the hour, you will be whisked aback to yesteryear as you enjoy the charming tunes that emanate from the bell tower echoing softly through the streets. Feel completely at ease while walking the three blocks to the turn of the century crime free downtown area, where you will meet with quaint shopping, hospitably kind people, and a delectable bakery.

While basking in the moderate summertime temperatures you will find that this self-sufficient historic town has most every modern convenience. You will find at your service, gas stations, a grocery store, department stores, hardware stores, auto parts stores, a bowling alley, and several restaurants. Yet the modern fast paced world has not overreached Langdon’s rich historical heritage. In addition to quaint specialty shops, you will find a farmers fresh market, old fashioned bakery, and even one of the few left remaining, old time Roxy theater.
