Policies
• Breakfast is served at 9 am each morning. For those who wish to have breakfast before
9 am a Continental Breakfast will be provided.
• Sunday Breakfasts are Continental Breakfasts.
• Check-in: 4 - 6 pm, unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-out: 11:00 am, unless otherwise arranged.
• Walk-ins are welcome, per availability.
• Reservations are recommended and available with full prepayment via cash, check, money
order, major credit card, or PayPal.
• For a full refund in the form of a gift certificate you must call and cancel at least 7 days in
advance.
• Any other cancellation will be charged 25% of the reserved cost.
• Gift certificates are only redeemable for a room of equal or lesser value, if a more elaborate
room is desired the difference can be paid.
• For your ensured peace and enjoyment we implore our guests to remember there are other
guests. Disturbing the peace of other guests will not be tolerated and is prosecutable! So keep
love play, cell phones, entertainment, children, etc. at a nominal level; especially after
10:00 pm.
• Children mature enough to be careful, quiet, and obedient are welcome.
• All rates listed are for maximum double occupancy, extra charges may be necessary to
compensate for third persons. Extra rooms are also available for 50% off for third persons,
based on management approval and availability.
• Couples must be a legally married husband and wife, for unmarried double occupancy
contact management for specific circumstantial allowances.
• There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises.
• Animals allowed based on management approval and availability.
